Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okz login ("we", "us", "the Platform", "okz login") governing your access to and use of the okz login website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, account dashboard, and all associated services. By completing the registration process, accessing your account via the okz login Login portal, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the okz login platform, close your account, and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform following any update or revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. okz login reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notification or email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all versions of the okz login platform, including the desktop browser interface, the mobile browser interface optimised for Android and iPhone devices on Bangladeshi mobile networks (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk), and any future application or API-based access method. Additional terms may apply to specific products (such as sportsbook, live casino, or specific bonus promotions) and will be presented at the relevant point of use. In the event of conflict between product-specific terms and this general Agreement, the product-specific terms prevail for that product only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the okz login platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. okz login enforces strict age verification through its KYC process. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and place of residence.
• Personal use: You must be registering and using the account for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, a business, or any other entity is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from the okz login platform or be subject to any active account restriction that prohibits account opening.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended okz login account. Each person is entitled to register exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide — including name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and National ID information — must be truthful, current, and complete.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the okz login platform complies with all laws applicable in their place of residence. okz login targets its services at adult players in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations. okz login makes no representation that the platform is legal, appropriate, or available in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of okz login services — including placing cricket bets, playing live casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a unique email address, and basic personal identification information consistent with our KYC requirements.

Upon successful registration, you will receive an OTP (one-time password) to your registered mobile number to verify your identity and activate your account. The okz login Login portal uses OTP-based two-factor authentication on every new device login session. This is a mandatory security measure and cannot be disabled.

1. Account credentials: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
2. Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okz login immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending security review.
3. KYC verification: okz login is required to verify player identities as part of its anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with a recent selfie. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.
4. Accurate data obligation: You must notify okz login promptly of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your mobile number, email address, or payment account details. Outdated information that results in failed transactions or security issues is your responsibility.
5. Account transfer: Your okz login account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any other person.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your okz login account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–2 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–4 business hours. During periods of high volume, processing times may be extended; we will communicate delays via in-platform notification.
• Payment account matching: The name on your okz login account must match the name on your registered payment account (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account). Mismatches will result in withdrawal delays pending identity verification.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that you own outright and that are not derived from criminal or fraudulent activity. okz login reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large transactions.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your okz login balance, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number. Resolution typically occurs within 2 hours.
• Chargeback policy: Any attempt to reverse or chargeback a deposit transaction through your payment provider will result in immediate account suspension and the recovery of any associated winnings. Chargeback abuse is treated as fraud.

okz login does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside okz login's control. Always check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating large transactions.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

okz login offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback on live casino losses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

1. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free bet credits must meet the stated wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page.
2. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and cricket sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is displayed on the promotion page.
3. Minimum odds: For sportsbook promotions, bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or greater to qualify for wagering contribution. Bets placed at lower odds will not count toward the requirement.
4. Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from award date) within which wagering requirements must be met. Uncompleted bonuses and associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
5. One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time, unless a promotion explicitly states that it can run concurrently with another offer. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of one or more offers at okz login's discretion.
6. Abuse and manipulation: okz login monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including low-risk hedging bets, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, and collusion between accounts. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently excluded from future promotions.
7. Modification and withdrawal: okz login reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonuses at the time of cancellation will be notified and offered a fair resolution.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The integrity of the okz login platform depends on all players abiding by the principles of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. okz login reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal referral — in response to any of the following:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity, a false identity, or via associated devices or payment methods.
• Fraudulent payment: Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits. Using chargebacks or payment disputes to retain both winnings and deposits.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging, collusion, or systematic pattern betting designed to extract value while minimising genuine risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live casino, or sportsbook markets. Sharing account access with third parties for betting purposes.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform without express written permission from okz login.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or odds discrepancies across markets — whether on okz login or in combination with other platforms — in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the okz login platform, its APIs, payment systems, game logic, or security infrastructure in any manner.
• Underage facilitation: Allowing, assisting, or enabling a person under the age of 18 to access and use your okz login account.

Where okz login determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take one or more of the following actions: immediate account suspension; forfeiture of some or all account balances; permanent account closure; withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation; referral of information to payment providers, anti-fraud networks, or law enforcement. All determinations made under this section are final and binding.

Account Suspension & Closure

okz login reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, chargeback initiation, self-exclusion request, prolonged inactivity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

1. Voluntary closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and the remaining real-money balance returned to your registered payment account. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
2. Self-exclusion closure: Players who self-exclude via the Responsible Gaming tools in the account dashboard will have their accounts immediately restricted for the selected exclusion period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 5 years). 3. Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for 12 consecutive months. okz login will notify you via email prior to applying an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to cover administrative costs. If the balance reaches zero and the account remains inactive for a further 6 months, the account may be permanently closed.
4. Funds upon closure: Where okz login closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the disposition of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. In cases of fraud or bonus abuse, balances may be forfeited in full. In cases of regulatory closure or administrative closure, real-money balances will be returned to the player's last verified payment account within 10 business days.
5. Right of appeal: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the suspension or closure. okz login will review your appeal within 10 business days and communicate its decision in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okz login, its directors, employees, partners, game providers, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or any financial loss suffered as a result of reliance on information presented on the platform.

The okz login platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party network outages (including issues with Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk mobile data infrastructure), payment provider downtime (including bKash, Nagad, or bank processing delays), and force majeure events are outside our direct control.

• Game outcomes: okz login is not liable for the outcome of any game, bet, or wager. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or live event results. Disputes about specific game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the disputed event.
• Odds errors: Where a material pricing error in a sportsbook market is identified, okz login reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund stakes. We will not honour winnings calculated at a materially incorrect price.
• Third-party services: okz login is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or Habanero) or payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank). Disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant third party in the first instance.
• Internet connectivity: You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay and betting sessions. okz login is not liable for bets lost, games interrupted, or winnings unclaimed as a result of connectivity issues on your end.
• Total liability cap: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, okz login's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law applicable in Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through okz login's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and okz login with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.
